The performance of the residential auction market slightly dropped this weekend with a clearance rate of 67per cent compared to last weekends 70 per cent.

There were a total of 539 auction results reported of which 305 were sold, 56 were sold before auction, and the rest passed in.

We are securing more homes off the market and prior to auction more than ever. This is a sign of a nervous market.
