Albert Park is one of Victoria's most sought after suburbs.

Its city-fringe location makes it a very popular choice for professionals; and the eclectic mix of heritage, modern, and established properties means everyone will find a home that they love.

With bay access, expansive park lands, great schools, excellent shopping strips, and that beautiful lake, Albert Park is in the top 25 Million Dollar Suburbs of Victoria. The median house price is in the 2-millions, and this high demand suburb doesn't appear to be slowing down any time soon.

The Astute Buyers Advocates team adored the Victorian and Edwardian properties, many of which have heritage overlays. The streets of Albert Park are wide, leafy and peaceful. You can certainly see why it attracts established families.

The Albert Park Village certainly has a friendly community feel. We loved this gorgeous florist, The Green Room Flowers, which was on the doorstep of an auction we attended.

Albert Park village is swamped with choice for cafes and eateries. The Astute Buyers Advocates team decided to visit a well known cafe, Truman, just outside of the village. We enjoyed some lovely iced coffees and got to work on our Astute Inspection Scores!
