Market fluctuations and strategic buying

‘This has been a whirlwind of a year; it is no shock that we are seeing a lot of financial stress in the property market after 12 interest rate rises. At the start of the year many would have thought that would be a joke.’

We have seen many different buyers come through our door and many past clients reaching out to find out how their property is tracking in today’s market. The one common factor in both current and past clients is ‘uncertainty’.

We here at Astute Buyers Advocates strive to have as many answers as possible but unfortunately, we cannot predict the future, but we can implement strategic buying methods. This partially done by finding true values of properties, looking back at the history of properties in the area and then defining whether or not we are buying in a growth area. Whether you are a first home buyer, second home buyer or investor you know that you are getting a full picture of what to expect when it comes to securing your property.

2023 has seen a lot of investors selling their properties from their investment portfolios and many first home buyers getting an opportunity to get into the property market. This year we are seeing more and more first home buyers thinking ahead and booking in buying strategy sessions with the team.

So, if you are looking to buy a property in 2024 and would like to book in with the team for a buying strategy sessions please get in touch, we look forward to helping plan your next property move.
