I decided to use a Buyers Advocate for two reasons, firstly it was my first property purchase and I didn't really know what I was doing, and secondly my job didn't allow me to be out and about looking at properties.

David was helpful in putting forward properties that fitted my criteria aswell as helping me understand the property buying process so I was comfortable at all stages throughout.  Although there weretimes (due to the crazy market conditions) that I thought I would never find anything, David was encouraging and persevered.  Wtihin the timeframe that David advised me upfront, my new apartment was ecured in a great location at $13,500 under the asking price - this saving was huge based on the current market conditions.  I would definitely use the services again for future properties.
