Industry standard for a Full Buyers' Advocacy service (our Platinum Buyer's Advocacy Service) can range from a percentage of your budget, or we also offer our clients the option of an *Agreed Fixed Fee (regardless of price) which is negotiated prior to commencing the service. Our rate is very competitive, and we tailor services and fees for First Home Buyers, Investors and Retirees.

Fees will be discussed in our free, no obligation consultation.

Please note, our fees are also 100% tax deductible for investors, builders, first home buyers who rent their home in the first 6- 12 months, and for people who need a property for business purposes.

Our VIP Vendor Advocacy Assist Sell services are at no extra cost to the vendor. That's right, no extra cost!

If the vendor requires our Vendor Self - Sell service, the fee is negotiated prior. Once again, if the property does not sell, commission is not payable on either service.
