Our rate is very competitive, and we tailor services and fees for First Home Buyers, Investors and Retirees.

Our VIP Vendor Advocacy Assist Sell services are at no extra cost to the vendor. That's right, no extra cost!

If the vendor requires our Vendor Self - Sell service, the fee is negotiated prior. Once again, if the property does not sell, commission is not payable on either service.
